James Atkinson
Owner/Qualified Manager, James Atkinson is the primary licensed Private Investigator with Chico Investigations Group. Mr. Atkinson is a retired United States Coast Guard Chief and has over 15 years federal law enforcement and investigative experience. He holds a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and is also a certificated Paralegal after completing an intensive American Bar Association Approved Paralegal Studies program at the University of California San Diego. Mr. Atkinson resides in Chico, California with his wife and two children.
